HOAX sez in a short period of time there will be a vaccine. Scientists sa may be EIGHTEEN MONTHS AWAY. Is HOAX the dumb/smart one?

He is a dumb-a$$!!!!!!!!  He needs to shut his pie hole and let people who are actually qualified speak.   In times of crisis people look to their leaders for information and answers, as they assume their leaders know more than they do.  Right now, the 18 year old delivery driver at Domino's Pizza has more sane answers than trump.
