I'd be interested to know what it does mean.. He's been pipped at the post twice now hasn't he? I wonder what that does mean for him.. and his future...
He is holding on to his delegates and told his supporters to hang tough and he will use those delegates to smack people in line to incorporate some if not all of his platform. I think that is not admirable at all. I am not a sanders fan. He should have outright endorsed Biden NO STRINGS and urged his supporters to support Biden. My opinion. Thank you for your reply Addb. I'm going to ask the question.

It means he has quit. But if Biden does not get the required number of delegates. Bernie can try to get it at the convention. Almost all candidates suspend rather than completely quit.
