    NO is one of my favorite words to use.  I have NO problem saying it.

    When I said "yes' most of the time I did it out of some sort of 'obligation'.  When I say NO it's because I mean it, with NO regret.

     yeah sometime people dont care about you, and i dunno why but they want you to do whatever they want, as a sort of pocket dog...

    its best you show your will to go away before they become really disappointed or whatever,

    some people are nonsense.
