I do not think Trump as president will make that much difference. Republicans, Democrats and the administrative branches already stand ready to block him at every step he tries to take.

My thought is that he simply decides how many of his 13 keys apply based on current polling trends. I read some about what he has said and to me I felt he was just doing a damage control for a hillary loss by saying she is destined to lose for reasons that have nothing to do her criminality or corruption. Had hillary not stolen the nomination and we had a Bernie clearly leading the polls today I am sure he would have decided fewer of his keys applied and predicted a Bernie victory.
