No. I am not religious but I do know the message of Christianity and probably most religions, is that God is "everywhere". Churches are simply focal-points for communal worship.
That is precisely my point my friend. Jesus used to preach to crowds sitting outside on the ground. There was no need for a building. To think one can only find GOD in church or synagogue or any "holy" man-made edifice to me is blasphemy. Thank you for your thoughtful reply! :)
