Apparently Netanyahu hopes Obama won't press the "Palestine" question for the rest of his presidency. Will that matter ever be resolved or will it continue on and on and on and on forever? Why?

We DONT like to call it the."Palestinian" question around here.
Sounds too much.like.the "Jewish" question, for which some.people may think a solution is needed.

It will not be resolved as long as the Armies of God have a casting vote Rosie.

The reason the Palestinian question is so divisive and long running is everyone's God says that this particular bit of the world is theirs.  As we know, the word of God is not to be questioned and cannot be debated (especially if you have a load of cash tied up in illegal building contracts on the West Bank or have just received a new shipment of arms from your benevolent donors).

So we get nowhere, and God is repeatedly said to be pleased his 'children' waste the lives of so many actual children over a dust bowl.  

Religions often tend towards circular and intransigent thinking.  There's no better example of it than this.
