A judge should always be impartial.. I don't see it could work any other way... if the legal system cannot be relied upon to act according to the law and not be swayed by any other influence.. then the law is a mockery
"SHOULD" is the operative word here Addb. That is the ideal. However in this country the white house entertainer appoints EXTREME RIGHT-WINGers withuout exception and the Senate majority leader BRAGS about all the extreme right-wing CONSERVATIVE judges that are larding the benches all over the country. The white house entertainer appoints and the toady sycophantic senate confirms. Dozens and dozens and dozens of them. They all adhere strictly to the PARTY LINE OR ELSE! So what SHOULD be will never be whilst the white house entertainer and his cabal et al have a stranglehold on our democracy. It is monstrous and evil and they are oh so proud of it. However in Wisconsin where an extreme right-wing "judge" was the incumbent a LIBERAL WOMAN beat him soundly! Very bad news for the white house entertainer who personally endorsed the incumbent. An endorsement that turned out to be THE KISS OF DEATH! Thank you for your reply! :)
