    Should there be? Absolutely!  Dubya, for instance, should have been jailed for dereliction of duty on 9-11 (as should FDR have been).  The current president should be jailed for treason (by reason of Benghazi and 'Irangate' alone).

    In fact, if we're going to hold people (but especially our leaders) accountable for their screwups, we'd have to put every president behind bars going all the way back to Jimmy Carter--and only then because the remainder have died!
