Seriously, though. Legally, if the people were alive when the law was passed, they are entitled to the money even if they are dead now. So the estate gets the check, and disburses it the same as any other money the deceased had.
So many are dying daily how could they possibly keep with those who live and those are dying? They can't. Thank you for your reply Walt and Happy Saturday. When I read that it reminded me of THE SIXTH SENSE! "I see dead people"! Ah those were the days! :)
It is based on your last tax return either this years or last. So if someone died it would be easy for them to still be in the database. If they died in the last year.
