Decision making isn't easy. Mostly you won't know the outcome till it's too late. Some rely on INSTINCT to guide them. Are yours spot on?

Where is INSTINCT located? Why do some of us seem to have ones that are excellent whereas others of us have some that always end badly...cause trouble/disaster?

Is instinct emotional or intellectual? Can it go sour on you or whatever it is it stays as is?
