I believe they are working on some issues with the photo albums. The albums are still around and your pictures should all be there too. If you have posted some before you can search your history and bring up a link to your album.
I have a dev working on that today. At first, we thought that it was just a matter of marking them all private, and letting people opt-in like the blogs. Then, I realized that even with "private" photos, the cover of the album was shown, which was a private photo. Duh. I have no idea who thought of that one. So, after that, we found out that the Ning data got corrupted. It actually captioned some photos with names of questions and then added those photos to the person who asked the question's album. O_o So, I don't know for sure if it can be untangled. The dev seemed confident, but man, this has been nuts. We shall see. Photos are on the urgent fix list, though I will say there is some possibility we may have to delete them all and start from scratch. Not ideal, I know, but we have serious limitations as to how much data we can grab from the old site and how it gets extracted.
