Well said. The testing has to become better, more available and more pervasive. Sadly, the claim that “anybody who wants a test can get one”, has yet to materialize, and doesn’t appear imminent. The federal government laid out specific criteria for “reopening” the country, but our illustrious Administration has nonetheless pressed for reducing restrictions despite no one having met the criteria. As you say, we need to know who has it.
