Yes I have. I know a city councilman. His children and mine went to the same schools together. He is a good guy. A candidate for mayor was going around the neighbor asking how people felt about his ideas for youth curfews. He sat on our porch for half an hour debating with us. It was kinda fun. He was quite contraversial and would say stupid stuff every now and then, but he was good for the city and quite popular. He won.
That is heartwarming an comforting E. That encounter must have given you a boost of hope that maybe not all pols are full of crap! How is Ohio doing? I know you have tough spots.
