    That's the thing.. it's next to impossible as once people go back to work then it's next to impossible to prevent infections spiking.. Masks and stuff help but only to some degree..

    Besides which there is no "restarting" on the table. THE VIRUS IS STILL HERE THERE EVERYWHERE. IT NEVER DISAPPEARED. So the premise is false and you know what that means? The conclusion will be false too. And the beat goes on. Thank you for your reply Addb. Where do we go from here? Where IS "here"? I shall ask! :)
