Chat Rooms: when in the lobby there is no indication of where people are. Like in what chatroom

the different chatrooms maybe/should have a Number on each chatroom saying how many people are in each chatroom?
the icon on right said 23 people. in the chatroom lobby there was no indication of which chatroom was active.
so i had to search through them.
Could we have some sort of indicator there??

    Is the chat now (23) that i see at the bottom of the screen
    the # of people in the chat rooms or something else entirely?

    when i click on it
    sometimes one person
    says i'm available
    but have never been able to get in there no matter what i click on.
    ok it is not the chatrooms i see that but...#still confused

    That is independent. That's the number of people available for instant messages. You can be invisible on that and active in a chatroom or there and not logged into any chatrooms.
