During that time period headcheese will be giving virtual rallies in every city in every red states across the nation blocking President Obama from having his speech transmitted. Headcheese plans to SABOTAGE it so that no one will be able to watch/listen. He has his minions at work setting it up right now. At the proper time the block will set in and NO ONE will be able to see anything on TV but headcheese and his virtual campaign rally.
Now that is a fantasy I believe would clearly be what he would order done if it were possible.
