Due to your mistake/error/stupidity you MURDER an innocent person. What do you owe the loved ones for doing that? An apology at least?

An admission of guilt? Something? Anything?Nothing?

Or you could take Gov Coumo's stance: "As a society, you can't save everyone, you're gonna lose people, that's life," said Cuomo.

This was about him forcing nursing homes to accept Covid-19 positive residents.

Why is it necessary to blame someone? Can't we just accept that life is fragile and that's nobody's fault?

Murder is the crime of unlawfully killing a person, especially with malice aforethought.  With that definition in mind, taking the life of someone through error, stupidity and or mistake would not be murder.

It is to me. You drive drunk and kill someone it's murder. Willfully driving a car while drunk did not have to happen. It did. Someone is dead. It will always be MURDER to me L. Also cops crashing into the wrong home and pumping 8 bullets into someone  who was a first responder and dies? MURDER. It's just how I see it. I am not arguing my incredible knowledge about legal definitions. I am simply telling you from my point of view it is MURDER. It is what it is I am who I am.. Thank you for your reply. I have always believed that and feel that and I have said so priorly multiple times. I always will. MURDER in my eyes but I don't count. That changes nothing. SIGH
