"SCOTUS blocks House Dems access to Mueller Grand Jury Materials." Why? What do they think the DEMS will do with it that scares them?

Seriously. I do not understand nor comprehend why the Supreme Court of the United States would block any Grand Jury information to either Congressional Republicans or Congressional Democrats. Do you? If so can you explain it to me in plain English or plain American so I can understand because I don't.
