How well will a wound heal that REQUIRES STITCHES but is dabbed with antiseptic and has a bandaid slapped on it?

You need immediate SURGERY to save your life but the ""doctor" says you are a hypochrondriac and it's all in your head!

The one with the power to help writes you off and moves on.

How does that make you feel toward the writer offer? Still adoring? Still worshipful? Seriously?

If you are healthy surprisingly well.  Stitches do not cause a wound to heal...they only hold together so it heals better.

I have to cuts that did not get stitches. One on my bicep...it was wierd it didn't bleed but you could see it was deep enough. I also did not hurt. A few days later (too late for stitches) my Mom noticed it and asked about it. She made sure I kept it clean and covered and told me to show her next time cause that could have used stitches.

Another I cut a knuckle and my step Dad just bandaged it up himself. He was one of those studying to be an EMT but thought he was a Doctor.

But in both cases they healed up just fine. The scars are wider than stitches normally.
