We are trying to keep up here but it takes time,money and lots of work.
If you wait on a long enough time frame, nature will ALWAYS win. Nature has entropy on its side...;-D...
Well, if you don't keep up with maintenance and cleaning, Mother Nature is going to win for sure.
And then she just might decide to pay a visit on her own and then there is no telling what will be left. Go Chicago.

Not at the moment; every thing is brand new. In a few years I'll start having repairs.............it's inevitable. But it's all good. I did enjoy renting an apartment for a few years, but it just isn't a smart thing to do with all of that money unless you plan to move very often.
