Since the powers that be gets bored very easily IT has moved on from COVID 19. The consequences?

We are not prepared for the second wave that will be coming. As far as IT is concerned when IT loses interest in anything and moves on whatever the matter is is dead to IT.

If the next wave upstick surge is biggerer and betterer than the initial one and infects more hordes and droves and kills many more because we opened up prematurely and stupid dumbly will the powers that be (aka IT) be responsible or irresponsible? Answer now because you may not be here in that tomorrow.

He only cares about the moment, not the future or any consequences his “now” actions/words might cause.  Besides, he thinks he’s so powerful that when he tires of something it “magically” goes away (no such thing as a second wave.  Fake news.).  If it upstages him, he fires it (sorry, CORONA, but you’re fired!).

I feel sorry for Biden who’s going to inherit all the problems trump is refusing to fix right now.  And if trump somehow does get reelected, he’s going to be in deeper … uh … doo-doo… than he is right now, because he can’t dodge the responsibility forever.  Eventually it will turn and bite him in the as*.  I just hope enough of us are left to see it.

President Obama inherited all of his predecessor's problems and did very well at rising to the occasion. I think Joe Biden might just surprise us and remember his ACE UP HIS SLEEVE is having access to President Obama. Not a small thing. Another 4 years of IT and I cannot imagine what will have become of the former United States of America. The puzzling thing is why IT got away with all of it? We know why. The check and balance system was neutralized euthanized evaporized. Never happened before so we the people don't know what to do about it. The Legislative/Judicial are tinker toys in league with and controlled by the "executive". Who could have ever envisioned that? So we limp along as best we can hoping something or someone will rise to the challenge and MEET it! One can always hope. Thank you for your reply Shuhak! :)

Oh, no, it's not that I don't think he can't fix it.  Rather that he shouldn't have to.

But he does and he will just as President Obama had to fix what was left for him to deal with that was not of his making. He managed to get done what needed to get done and I do not know if anyone lesser than he could have pulled it off so well. Do you? Thank you for your reply Shuhak.
