Many other BILLION DOLLAR settlements. Now IT (the powers that be) doesn't have that kind of money. But IT could be sued for many BILLIONS just to make a point right? The perp doesn't necessarily have to have the wherewithall to pay up right? What would IT do if all the TWITTER members class action lawsuited IT?
