A HUMAN RIGHTS complaint has been filed against the Minneapolis Police Department vis a vis the MURDER of Mr. Floyd! What does that mean?

Is the entire Minneapolis police department the defendant and the Floyd Family the plaintiff? Has that ever been done before against any other police department? Maybe it should automatically be as standing thing against all of them. What could it hurt?

    Years of haggling,plus the waste of countless thousands of reams of paper .....The only one who will profit from it all are those involved in both litigation teams who will make sure it goes on for years..

    Justice is no more than an ideal and no ones given right Rosie...it's also why so many police get away with murder,..who is there with any teeth there to police the police..?
