The "law and order" boychick is a walking talking LAUGHINGSTOCK. All wound up with no one paying any attention to him?

How relevant is the boychick law and order energizer bunny? Not at all. No one pays any attention to him. He is an afterthought an also ran a wanna be but never was or can be.
