When you allowed them all to carry weapons and let then hunt the public that were defenceless in comparison....Plus you won't get many that are prepared to fink on thier chums that are up to no good....if you do ,they won't put their neck on the block to attempt to save your in your hour of need ever rasises it head.... Did you ever see the film Serpico....... I think that that is rife in one way or another in every police force in the world....it also rises though the ranks to the very top of the as well...from their it continues up until it comes to our President or Prime Ministers.. Bad things are like a virus....they infect every one they touch on thier travles in one way or another.ll
