I wonder if there is a depraved sexual component when cops beat folks, especially females, with batons? Does it arouse them?

Is that why they seem to thrive on it? Frustrated unfulfilled they need an outlet and legally they are protected so why not beat the crap out of "the other"? What could it hurt? Part of the job to "keep the peace" right?
