Percentagewise how many WHITE female cops literally get away with murder? Do they target blacks too as the regular cops do?

Do they love being weaponized because they are terrified in side as are their male counterparts?

Are juries loathe to incarcerate any of them for being murderers? Inquiring minds wanna know these things. WHY? WHY NOT?
