You have many applicants to interview. Most tell you what they can do. One attacks the other applicants. Whom do you hire? Why?

Not Mr./Ms. backbiter.  That kind of attitude does nothing for team building.  And if I'm the boss/management I know what I'm looking for in employee performance job skills....I don't need someone else in a lower pay grade criticizing my job performance/mental acuity.
