Florida is spiking surging BIGLY due to its lax unintelligent open house policy so to be fair to New Yorkers shouldn't anything from Florida be quarantined for 14 days? How about trump?

    Of course.  Anyone coming from an area with increasing cases should quantine if they travel to another area.
