    You can test and have contact with someone immediately after.  
    Best thing is to follow the guidelines. Your in CA so wear your mask (in case someone gets to close), wash your hands often, social distance. 

    Always avoid touching door handles, sinks etc with your hands.

    No need.  For one thing, Trump will stop sending funds and second, if you test that much, you'll find more cases.  So, we have to stop testing so there won't be any more cases and he'll look better (assuming that's at all possible).  Happy Sunday. :)
