You can sue anyone at any time for any reason.

Doesn't mean it will hold water.

Doesn't mean it won't either.

HATE SPEECH and LIES AND INSULTS AND ATTACKS intended to harm should be controlled not allowed to run rampant.

Yes or no?

    Sorry but Congress carved out liability protection into law specifically for this.   They are supposed to just be a platform publisher.  So cannot be held liable for posts by their users.
