What d'ya think Putin would do learning that America paid militants to kill Russian troops? Just let it slide and say/do nuttin'?

It happened in March and was known IN MARCH by the US INTELLIGENCE who shared it with BRITISH INTELLIGENCE.

It's almost July! MONTHS have gone by with nary a word or action on the part of the trump in retaliation for that.

I know there is a reason for it. I just don't know what it could be. Doth thee?
