SCOTUS ALREADY DECIDED A WOMAN HAS RIGHT TO ABORTION ACCESS and so overturning it was really a longshot.
ABORTION is a woman's right to choose. No one else has that right.
It was Justice Roberts who joined with the Liberals but did not reverse precedent.
Again. ONCE AN ISSUE IS DECIDED the court does not want to override it. UNLESS the argument for doing so is COMPELLING.
Makes sense. Otherwise it will be a switch you turn on and off on and off on and off and off and on and...well you get the drift. DECIDE. Then move on to other decisions.
