First off, he said he would deputize "lawful" gun owners if the violent protests continued. Secondly, he has the legal right to do so. Third, what makes you think legally deputized lawful gun owners are going to murder anyone? Why would you even entertain such an idea? Is your hatred of police so great that it causes you believe such a thing would happen?
