Puts pressure on and threatens to pull funding from if states don't obey his demands. Why not make trump GOVERNOR of all 50 states too?

He is already telling what to do. He wants complete control over the entire country. His way or no way.

Let him take over completely. What could it hurt? Why not try it? You could like it. He would.
