7-2 SCOTUS DECISION. "PRESIDENT IS NOT IMMUNE FROM NEW YORK GRAND JURY PROCESS"! Temporary smackdown for trump. Maybe permanent?

The trump said he had "categorical immunity" because he is the president.

SCOTUS smacked him down saying he DID NOT HAVE CATEGORICAL IMMUNITY



REJECTS the ambulance chaser shyster lawyer argument for the president.

Kicked back to circuit court then kicked back to district court.

Manhattan DA will ask to get the tax documents sought from trump for 5 years and counting.


Eventually the NEW YORK GRAND JURY may get access to all of the tax records. The GRAND JURY deliberations are always kept SECRET.

We the people may never learn about what was in them.

But the Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance will have access. Shot down again. Another loss. May not be permanent however. If the trump fires the ambulance chaser shysters he has working for him and get some decent lawyers they might try again and be successful. The cake you bake with crap ingredients tastes like crap. The cases you try to win using crap lawyers usually has a crappy ending. Crap in crap out.

    The criminal case was expected to go this way. As they have always in the past.  (Nixon, Clinton had to comply with court orders) 

    If they are leaked,  the DOJ should throw the book at the entire office Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance in NY.  (The subpoena was issued Aug 2019....not sure where you get 5+ yrs out of that)
