Are there local laws governing how cars are painted? Whaddabout a car with silver metalflakes that sparkled in the sun?

If the sparkles was blinding or mirror-like could you get away with it? Does anything go "if the price is right"?

Mine would be a custom Lamborghini with bluegray paint in which silver metalflakes would be embedded.

I visualize it. Could I ever drive it? Doubtful.
