  • Not anymore. I got my teeth fixed and now I wear a mouth guard at night because I started grinding my teeth when I sleep

    I have this problem, my coworker told me when I sleep I need to sleep with my tongue out....which makes things awkward at night.

    That is a disease called Bruxism.   You get TMJ from it.
