California is now LOCKED DOWN AGAIN.

Whatcha gonna di jacka**? Put everyone in prison? I will tell you this about that. The chief jacka** in DC is surrounded by jackeye. Not one brain among the dozens hundreds thousands there. Just jackeye up and down and all around spokesmouthing the same drek drivel gibberish..

    Federal gov did not lock anything down. That is not how our country works. 
    Federal gov asked governors to do it.  
    Federal gov will not ask that again and will encourage the states not to as well. 

    CA is not completely locked down. The reopening has been pulled back. A closing of all non-essential businesses order was not issued. 

    All counties are required to close indoor operations of restaurants, wineries, tasting rooms, movie theaters, family entertainment centers, zoos, museums, card rooms and all bars. 

    The 30 counties that are on the state’s targeted engagement list are ordered to close additional businesses. The targeted counties, which account for 80% of the state’s population, are also required to close indoor operations of fitness centers, places of worship, offices for noncritical sectors, personal hair services, and indoor malls.
