If one cannot process information that would be a lifetime defect. Information would be gibberish babble blather. Avoiding it would be mandatory since wasting time on it would be useless.
Narcissistic Personality Disorder does have as one of its symptoms an inability to process NEGATIVE information - the brain just doesn't hear or won't accept it. Constructive criticism is pointless. My ex daughter-in-law is what His Royal Orangeness would be without money.

I never even thought of that but on a cable TV show yesterday one of the participants brought that up! Inability to process information! It struck me like a bolt of lightening R. It makes so much sense and it never even occurred to me. So he doesn't read and doesn't listen because what comes through to him is gibberish. So you've had up close and personal experience with such a person? Condolences m'dear. It's funny now that it's been brought up how everything falls into place. It is a congenital defect. Not something anyone would seek. Defective off the production line and at that time there was no QC department. Thank you for your thoughtful and informative reply R. Wonder how the trump is gonna handle THAT? I know. Unprocessable right?
