What low-sodium ramens would you recommend?

Why do regular ramen have so much sodium? That's bad for our bodies, so I need to find low-sodium ramen. What are some great low-sodium ramen brands?

      Unfortunately, none. I think they’re all just as bad as each other, much like a “safe” nicotine product.

    Not so bad if you don't use the flavor pack.  The noodles actually have quite a bit of fat.  I found that a little surprising.

    The flavor packet has 2/3 of the sodium.  Buy noodles and discard the flavor packet.  Add your own low-sodium soy sauce and some frozen veggies and/or diced meat to make ramen (soup).  Or drain the water you cook the noodles in and toss with, well, use your imagination.

    Frozen mixed veggies make a nice meal effortless.  Boil the veggies for 15 minutes then add the noodles.  Boil about three minutes then strain the solids out of the veggie broth..  You can add some soy sauce to the noodles and veggies and enjoy.  I never throw out the broth though.....the nutrients are there.  I usually freeze it and next time I cook dry beans I put it in with the beans.
