I had a job when I was in high school, and I've maintained employment since I was 19. My father taught me to always keep money, never to spend all of it. This helped me during the COVID-19 lockdown, because my paycheck comes from stimulus. It doesn't pay as much as my work pays me. I'm scheduled to return to work in the middle of August. Financial security is important to me.
Yes I am. It wasn't always this way and I learned to live within my means and save for important things like a home and retirement income. Instead of wasting time daydreaming about a million dollar windfall, just apply yourself to learning a skill and using it to make your own money.
As long as i can keep working am ok. But when i can't work anymore to pay the bills, and since i don't have retirement support, will be on the street when they evict me... such is life... oh wait...maybe i win the lotto? haha
