Are you and your retirement and other savings thrilled about Apple?

The tech giant blew away third-quarter earnings estimates, soared past the $400/share mark, and just announced a 4-1 stock split for late August. The few shares I bought at $205 last August 2 hit $410 this morning, so their value doubled in a year!

Excellent!  I don't have Apple, but the Microsoft I bought is up more than 2,000%.

    A 4-way split is awesome.

Not really. I don't really care about Apple and its shareholders since I don't have any shares. (Sorry Stu.)

No need to apologize to me. I don't personally care if you own it or not.

I'm making a few dollars off them at the moment, but surely nothing to brag about just yet.

I owned it years ago when I bought it at $x.00, aka before Jobs return.  Sold it 217 and change.

Do I regret selling no, I made a lot off this stock and I thought it was over valued.  Currently I am playing very defensive and avoiding High Flyers - namely I am out of all the FANG stocks.

For those that still hold it, I am happy for them
