Yes, we had one. The only time I used it was when I was selling houses during my career break/maternity leave from my company. When I showed a house to a client, I provided a photo with the address and price. This was before internet. They usually would ask to have a couple others made while we were on the property. They appreciated it and I'm sure was responsible for a few sales. Going around looking at houses can make your head spin and by the end of a day total confusion has taken over.
