Early start and a busy morning!
~
“Have to”? Meh, retired, so N/A.
“Want to”?  Five thirty am in order to leave the house to go work out at a local park that surrounds a lake. I’ve been getting there about four days out of the average week. A run completely around the lake is just over eight miles, and it’s my preferred route/tactic, but there are also variations depending on which route I take. I can vary by time, distance, resistance, flat terrain, hills, woods, dirt roads, pavement, etc.  Then in addition to running, I have a mini-gym in the trunk of my car that I can set up a calisthenics routine also. Sit-ups, push-ups, planks, lunges, pull-ups, chin-ups, mat work, isotonics, etc.

  “Will actually do”?  Meh, probably
between 6 am to 6:45 am.
I still have that Marine thing inside of me wherein I can’t just lie in bed all morning. Even on weekends when I was still working, I’d get up early.  Being retired hasn’t changed that either.
You?

I don't have to get up at all. However, I will strive to get up at 5 so I can get my 2.5 mile walk in before sunrise.
Your mindset is just like mine.
