There will always be those that will push the limits of ANY SYSTEM devised by man to see how far they can go without getting caught. This applies as much to voting as to anything else we come up with to collect, verify, authenticate and use information. But, when we openly invite fraud by taking a giant step backwards with inefficient, unprotected and unreliable "snail mail" We just as well toss all the precautions out the window. If we choose to screw it up, then let's go all the way. Eliminate ALL voter rolls, ALL laws regulating elections, suspend all court actions as regards voting. END the practice of personal identification. It's no one's business who you are and why you're there. STOP trying to tie citizenship to voting in the US. Again, it's nobody's business. Names purged from voting rolls for various reasons should be voted by proxy using animals and small children to make the selections.
