How does the wise extremely stable genius a** plan to prevent lightning strikes in California?

During one 72-hour period in northern California there were OVER TEN THUSAND OF THEM.

What's his plan for eliminating them? Sweep the skies perhaps as they sweep the forest floors?

    He'll probably propose nuking the weather patterns that cause dry lightning, like he did with hurricanes.

    SAY WHAT? What what what what? NUKE weather patterns? Oh boy. So say he did what would be the fallout of that? Well he clearly has nothing better to do than to figger out ways to make life better for all Americans..even Californians! What a guy! Thank you for your reply R. Nuke weather patterns? So would specific nuclear devices have to be developed for that use or do we go with what we already have?

    California is on the lower end of the scale for lightning strikes compared to other states. 

    If lightning is the cause of the fires...perhaps they should manage their forests better.
