    Correct. But it can be programmed to learn and get smarter. Check out WATSON. It is a computer currently doing its residency in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Its field of study is cancer research.  No joke. Thank you for your reply Patchouli and Happy Wednesday to thee! :)

    No, the robots would base their judgement on their programmed patterns of behavior. It those are corrupted their judgement would become wrong.
