Those of you with younger siblings. Did your parents ever say to you "take him/her with you" when you went out to play with your friends?

My sister is seven years younger than I am and my parents NEVER ONCE said that to me.

Did anyone's or was that just some fake dialogue in movies?

My brother is 2 years younger.
I don't recall if my parents ever said that.

I do know we had a couple families we were friends with, who did that.
They both had sons that my brother and I would "hang out" with - and younger sisters who were "always in the way".
Of course, as we got older, we wanted to "hang out" with the sisters instead.  LOL

Hahaha! Cute Walt. I bet the girls wanted to hang out with you too! Thank you for your reply and Happy Friday. Also we remember 9/11/2001. Hard day for many. But also a day of extreme pride in what some of our patriots did as they faced death. "Let's Roll". :)
