Per the CDC head the vaccine will be available to the general public sometime during the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2021! A year from now?

Will dipstick pop a gut when he hears that?

Will dipstick shoot someone if a vaccine isn't available on or before election day?

How far will he go to punish everyone who didn't obey? It is hundreds or thousands of people currently working on getting a vaccine who will ALL have to pay? How does the dipstick retaliate revenge on everyone involved who didn't follow his demands commands orders? I guess we're just gonna have to find that out.
